watchdog timeout error bsod

Help anyone?

My system is i7 6700k, asus pro gaming z170, msi r9 390 8gb, gskill ripjaws 2400 ddr4.

Update bios to latest. Clean install win10. did memtest86 and passed.

Any idea on what could be the problem?
