I tried and cannot work with StarHub box. Is it just me? Anyone tried?

I have both the old digital box (silver one) and the new digital box (black one). Both don't work.

However it works with all the TV that I tried! Samsung, LG, Panasonic, Sony. Just the bloody set top box doesn't work!

Setup
It's work on my 2008 Samsung LED TV.
Choose Samsung and the first channel/frequency work liao.

It's work on my Starhub Thomson Black HD Set-top Box.
Choose Thomson and mine work at channel/frequency 8.

Usage
On the main page of Watch-on where the app show you some recommended shows for that half an hours, just point S4 at the Starhub set-top and click on the show and the set-top box will auto change the set-top box channel to the show you clicked on Watch-on. Very cool.

I can't seem to find this in both samsung apps and play store. Is the app called watch on or smart view?

Edit: Just found out that this is only for S4.

This App needs the IR Blaster to work. IR Blaster is a hardware that only S4 has it now.

HTC One also got IR Blaster but I dun know what App they are using.

Waiting for other 3rd party apps to do it... will not cost cheap if they know there is a market.

HTC One Sense TV app is better, not use if anyone can port it out... their app can "learn" from other remote control, so don have to wait for Peel/Samsung to update the database, it will still work with your legacy devices.

I was tempted to play with a Phillip TV hanging at the food court. But I managed to restrain myself. Phew.
