WD 1TB blue

I understand WD has a few RMA company.
one of them is E.A < Eternal Asia (Singapore) Pte Ltd > and the other is Primasiana Pte Ltd.
I bought my from PC themes and it suppose to be undder E.A
And i heard E.A has move to The Cathay???

Anyone have any idea?
My hdd has like 2000+ bad sector according to hard disk sentinel and my warranty left like 9 days

Double check with PCT. Iirc they have different distro, call PCT, with the invoice number, they may be able to tell you what batch and which distro you should go.

Or if they can tell if the distro is still available or handover to another distro.

FYI, EA is not at Cathay they are at Tai Seng area.

I think they have a contact number, try to Google it. Maybe u can give them call to checked. But I still think that most likely u will be directed to toast payoh.

I did called PCT like 20min ago, the guy told me at cathay after i ask him if EA is it still at Tai Seng @_@;
He gave me a phone number to call too, gonna call it tomorrow i guess

Lol EA at Cathay? Dont tell me there is another EA. Cause just last 2 weeks i RMA-ed my Samsung NVME.

Any way, they have different service centre for different products.

Most likely they will refer you to WD Toa Payoh. As for my case Samsung NVME RMA is by EA themselves.
