Hey guys, I'm thinking of getting the WD My Cloud from Amazon, as it's much cheaper than getting it locally. Just wondering, will it be able to work even though the
Plug is the US version?

Of course. Mine is from Amazon too and has been running 24/7 since December last year.

How did you get it to work? Travel adapter?

It supports auto-voltage (110V-240V) so just plug it to any multi-pin adapter that you can get from all DIY shops & Superstores.

It's the same for other IT gears like Asus / D-Link / Linksys routers, etc.

I almost never buy my IT stuff locally nowadays as what I want is usually not available (or not yet available) here.
