WD My Passport data retrieval

I have a WD my passport external HDD that I dropped and it's not working now. Connect to PC can only hear beep sound and unable to read the data. Is there any recommended shop to retrieve my data inside and store into my thumb drive? I don't need to repair the item, just retrieve and transfer to thumb drive can already.
What's the estimated cost if it's available?

wonder if its a coincidence but my WD passport also just went kaput. for no reason the file system went corrupted and stay unformatted despite i formatted it.

try to use chkdsk /f /r to repair.

after that download "Crystaldiskinfo" to monitor

i have done chkdsk and windows "repaired" the bad sectors but next moment went back to unformatted. haha. i will try out crystaldiskinfo, thanks!
