Hi guys, I have just created a RMA case for my wd hdd. Anyone knows is it ok to just walk into their office and hand them the hdd? Their address is the cathay #04-13 but when I checked online, that store is the blackberry expert centre? Pls advise, thanks!

The company does outsourced cust svc for BlackBerry, WD only contracted them to do for them recently. You can always call them to confirm.
