Bought this from last week's COMEX, set it up as follow:
(1) Downloaded the Setup software and attempted to setup in the hall using MacBook Pro (using WiFi), (10.10.5). I could see the WDMyCloud drive but just keeps saying connection fail.
(2) Went to the room and set it up without any issues using a win10 laptop (LAN). Tried accessing and copied some files over, no issues at all.
(3) Tried on a iMac (LAN), also had no issues in retrieving files etc.
(4) This morning, decided to try to access using the initial MBP, again no connection, despite the fact that I was able to log on successfully and able to see my drive.
Anyone could advise? Thank you.
