And their border controls are almost similar to SG's right now. Still allow for citizens and "PR"s to go in and out, right? That's why everyday, they still got imported cases, right?

Agree with you! In fact, when exercising, you're probably breathing out more virus, so if can, keep your mask on, especially with people nearby.

So if people exercising outdoors can go maskless, it's illogical not to allow maskless when outdoors in an endemic world.
