Hi,

Does anyone know how's the weather like for Tokyo in December? I've only visited Hokkaido during Winter and Summer for Tokyo. Not sure what type of clothings I should pack for a Winter Tokyo. I'm thinking, jeans + 1 long sleeve + 1 fleece outer < is this enough?

Hopefully someone can advise on this..

I visited Tokyo Disneysea around mid dec, see my blog post for an idea of what people wore.

For me, I usually wear a long sleeves top (either knitted or uniqlo fleece), winter jacket, jeans or winter leggings, winter boots, and gloves when I visit Tokyo during winter season.
I can't take cold, so I tend to prep myself with slightly warmer/thicker clothes when I visit during winter.

It wasn't that cold during the daytime on that particular day, but once the sun goes down and especially with wind, the temperature drops pretty drastically.
Fleece outer might be sufficient for daytime, but might not be enough for night time.

Am at Disney Resort now. Temperature wise, is OK but when the wind blows (which is like, almost all day for DisneySea), is bone-chilling cold. Layering is best, also a hat.

Reach Japan, go GU or UNIQLO and buy a jacket :)
