Web Content Manager

Reporting to the Head of Communication(APAC), this role will be responsible:
Perform master data reviews as required/oversee data quality and structure
Manage projects deployments in APAC
Represent APAC in critical issue resolution discussions with IT
Mapping of current in-house content management solution in APAC
Define short-term best practices as well identifying short, mid and long term change requirements
Manage user acceptance tests/trials for new functionalities in APAC
Hands-on internal user support and assistance to APAC
Identify long term requirements and input roadmap for global inhouse content management solution
Training new internal and external users

Requirements:
Degree holder with at least 3 years of Marketing Communication background
Good experience with web-based content management aspect.
Work experience with creating, developing and managing content for the organization’s regional website using its content management solutions.
Good language skills in English and Mandarin.
Worked in an regional (ie Asia Pacific) capacity
