I am having difficulties trying to access many functions of a website because their frames simply don't load. Weird thing is some of the frames can load while others can't (blank page).

I checked the source code, those showing blanks have no coding at all.

May I know is this a website problem or end-user problem?

Thank you.

It could be the frames are dynamically generated by the parent window. Why not you should us which URL you are referring to ?

Its an overseas website, and I'm afraid it might not be appropriate to refer you to the website.

But strange thing is our counterparts at another country have no such problems with the website.

Is it in the public network ? If so, what so inappropriate ? Puzzled. Well until I see something, you are asking us to imagine an IMAGINARY website. How do you like us to help in this manner ?
