my SGD 2k have a buying power of USD 7k
Personally for me I am using to DCA into the US ETF not really to trade so I don't use the margin even if it is interest fee. The problem with this is it is easy to get addicted to interest free and then next you know you are borrowing monies with interest already. revhappy mention about broker prey on investor addiction.

Please invest/trade with due diligence. Dun wanna see new post in the other forum about DCP, DMP issues.

Just tried on yesterday market the fees are very low just the platform, sec fees around $0.16 for a $3000 trade.

Unsure about the requirement for day trading, not sure if it required $25k in funds to have unlimited day trade.

As their marketing it is really 0 comm fees. And every exchange to USD no need pay any fees but the rate not so good.

Anyone intend to withdraw the $2k after 30 days? Or safer to wait around 1 more week for AAPL shares to come in, then withdraw the $2k?

I will wait for the AAPL shares come in just to be sure. But then all is inside app wait come in they remove after we withdraw but I think Webull got reputation to protect won't ?

I think we get the shares only after 30 days are over, so it would be safe to just withdraw once you get the AAPL shares, sell and then withdraw one shot.

Can I know do you buy US equities? If yes is it with IBKR? Becuz I am starting to like Webull mainly for it's 0 comm fees and Syfe Wealth feature replacement.

I try and stay away from stocks. I only DCA into ETFs/Funds.

Yeah, there's a promotion progress tracker in the app.

Click the welcome rewards banner and click the floating progress icon on the right.

I got 5 more calendar days to maintain $2000 to get the reward

Tried on my end as well last night:
1. Funded the minimum 2K
2. Exchanged 10 USD (this is the minimum they allow)
3. Did 6 x buy trades of VLTA consecutively (~2.24 USD per piece), selling them along the way to minimise exposure

Now have to wait at least 30 calendar days for the 60 + 40 USD worth of AAPL shares to be credited, i.e. 1-Jul-22.

Coincidentally, I was changing some USD in IBKR a few hours apart, so exchange rate comparison as such:
Webull = 0.723789
IBKR = 0.727775
Not too good, but I guess worth it just for the 100 USD AAPL shares.

And Webull cited to have really high PFOF on stocks:

did the same just bought 6 x VLTA shares ...
lost around $0.20 cents in the process.

now waiting for my USD100

The correct should be USD 100 worth of AAPL shares not USD 100 cash. Previously Syfe promotion is really USD cash and they quite quick to release once fulfill their criteria.

Syfe Wealth Select Custom is you pick a ETF from a list of ETF Syfe curated correct? Those ETF you can use Webull to buy direct from the US market as long as that ETF support fractional shares. You pay 0 comm and no need pay fees which Syfe charge.

I received the fractional AAPL shares, markets crashed and I was able to sell and salvage $96. I guess I will wait for couple of days, convert the USD to SGD and then transfer out and I am done.

The reward share price is pegged to the price at which date? When you deposit the 2k or at the end of 30 days?

I received the fractional AAPL shares worth about $96+ due to market pricing I guess. I will keep as Webull is now my Syfe replacement for ETF and individual stock.
