Members here just posted mixed vegetables rice in the city centers easily over $10. Then the time you spent parking and traffic jam there plus ERP, probably another $10. That makes their mixed vegetables rice $20!.

There is an open air carpark which you can enter from Carpenter Street or Upper Circular Road. One hour $2.40 I believe (usual URA parking rates). But you have to queue or wait for some time as it is usually very full.
