Ya lo shoot up den come back dwn again.. I contra away liao the 50k earn 2bids.. Thats the only way to slowly earn back bid by bid haha

This stock the FA is healthy, but TA is quite dead.

Anything I missed out? (Net Profit, Current Ratio, Dividend Yield, Returns etc seems healthy, but high gearing common with construction coy right?)

The price quite depressed and stagnent one.

Price to book? Not all construction companies have high gearing.. Look at Hock Lian Seng, Keong Hong, KSH, etc...

0.725, undervalued?

Current trading price is a discount to it's book value. So yes it is undervalued technically.

However barring any major happenings, I don't see much potential for capital gains in this counter in the near term.

As a dividend stock it pays decently well though I would look at other counters in the same industry before committing.

Personally I always feels good about the construction industry in Singapore. Will continue to sniff out opportunities in this sector.

The above are just my 2 cents worth. You will do well to conduct your own studies before taking the plunge.

SOME 230 units of Parc Botannia, the 99-year leasehold condominium project in Sengkang's Fernvale Street, have been sold over the weekend. The average selling price was S$1,270 per square foot.
Buyers were mostly locals, and popular units included one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and four-bedroom units.
Parc Botannia is targeted to be completed by end-2021.
It is being built by a 70:30 joint venture between Sing Holdings and Wee Hur.
The project, which has 735 units, is located next to the Thanggam LRT station, a few stops away from the Sengkang MRT station. The food street of Jalan Kayu is nearby, along with Seletar Mall.

PROPERTY firm Wee Hur Holdings on Wednesday said it has entered into a put and call option agreement to sell a plot of land fronting Ann Street, Brisbane, Australia for A$79 million (S$81.2 million).
This follows approval obtained from Wee Hur shareholders in late April to sell the land to Mirvac Projects Pty Ltd.
