Weird boot loops on PC

It powers on a few sec, shuts down and power on again infinitely.
Tried reseating Rams gpu etc all did not work this time.
I assembled everything back and removed only the Rams and surprising it stayed powered on and no longer shutdown and reloop.

Could it be the Rams or could it be the ram slots??

Appreciate some inputs from the gurus. Ty

Could be both actually. You had the same issue I had last year. Switch Ram slots solves the issue.

Nope. That's what I fear too. Previously I switch ram slots and it worked. Now no matter how I switch also no use.

If ram spoil small issue. If ram slot spoil = GG.

Switch your rams rounds. A -> Slot A, then B -> Slot A, etc,etc.

From there you can find out ram or slot issue liao.

You mobo should have 4 slots right?

Nope dual slots single 8gb ram.
Tried both. Unable to boot up. Remove it and it no longer loops

Den how? I m wondering if I should bring it down to the nearby PC shop to test the ram or simply buy another ram

Bring nearby test liao loh, since no extra Ram. If really Ram issue buy Ram from there.
