Yesterday, when I tried to boot-up my PC, I noticed that there was power for a few seconds (the fans were spinning, power LED was lit). Then there was no power (fans stopped spinning, power LED not lit). Then it powered up again.
Then this appeared on the screen
"Copyright (C) 2012 American Megatrends, Inc.

Press <CTRL + P> to Enter MEBX setup menu
B85 Killer UEFI P1.10

UEFI Defaults have been loaded.
Press F2 or Del to Run setup
Press F1 to Continue"
It worked fine after I pressed F1 yesterday, but just now it happened again and I'm worried that there may be something wrong with my PC. Can someone explain what's going on, please?
