weird casing HAF X power button

cannot seem to power on the system on first press

duno why

PSU is season X 850

mobo MSI GD65 gen 3

its like u switch on main switch at socket of your house

then cold start you need to press the big power button on HAF X, need to press a few times, sometimes press a few times also wont power up

last time not like that one .....wads wrong...

anyone got the same problem as me too?

Looks like the power on switch is worn off.

I have the same issue as you. After about 1 year, there is a need to consciously press the power button harder to get it to power up.

Maybe its time to swap the power switch?

How to switch... Its nice to know im not the only one with haf x 932 power button problem though

I tried to reset switch with power button

By alternating the wiring connections to the mobo

Also didnot have good results

Also need a few hard pressssss

you can bring down the switch panel to our service centre, i will repair the switch for you. or you can just come down to collect the switch.

come down to collect the switch? does it comes with any cost (btw wheres ur service centre?)

the switch panel @ the top i opened up yesterday before like a lot of wiring intact there thats why i dun wana remove it later cannot connect back..

today i went home and tried, first try cold start can boot up, will closely monitor and update situation as and when there's changes

hmm juz did another cold start at 10.55pm this time cannot again

need to press a few times hard hard on the power switch, keep trying for like 2mins then can power up

Just change the power switch. .
