Weird Issue with Iphone7

Having this really weird issue with Iphone7.

Came back from zurich and the messaging app crashes....i am not able to open the app at all.

Did network setting reset...and restore phone using back up...

Only can open the messaging app when i restore the phone as a new phone.....

however...i flew to zurich again...somehow the messaging app can be used during my stay in zurich...

any kind souls have possible solutions to this problem?

p/s: i had already went down to genius bar for their help...but all they can do is restore as new phone.

Hi becoz i travel frequent, hence the roaming for both calls and data are left on by default.....

never encounter any issues since IP2G days...
