weird issue with sata cable/hdd

Hi, my com hangs every morning (screen freeze not bsod) and i found a weird solution which is to unplug the sata cables from my ssd and hdd and reconnect them. However, the next morning the same thing happens and i have to reconnect the cables every day what could be the issue here?

You might want to check the health of your SSD /& HDD, as well as try with a brand new cable. See if the problem still persist.

how do i check the health? also, how does one usually replace the cable?

use CrystalDiskInfo to check.
I would recommend you to plug in only your OS drive and try again, if problem persist, change the sata cable and try
