Weird lag on hwz forums

Not sure if this is the right place to post this:

Suddenly, I'm facing "lag" when browsing hwz forums:

scrolling pages
typing
anything else

it will just "freeze" for like 0.5 seconds (key strokes are still being registered but does not appear until the "freeze" is over)
this happens every 5 seconds or so. not sure what is the problem.

tested on facebook, vrzone, ebay, amazon, all working fine. only hwz affected. not sure what is going on...

using chrome latest ver. the lag is not happening anymore...
