i have a dell n4030 laptop. recently i bought a ssd from amazon to upgrade mine 3-4 year old laptop.

i replace and install a fresh copy of os using the recovery disk. the system is able to boot fine and everything run smoothly.

but the problem come when i try to uninstall bloatware, update my system or change the system setting.whenever my system restart due to a change to the system, it will boot into window boot manager, showing error 0xc000000e and the system just hang there.

the only way to fix it is to reformat. i seriously doubt that my system is incompatible with ssd. does anyone know what is happening?

This a corrupted boot manager or registry. It could happen due to improper windows installation, virus.

You should try REPAIRING the windows.

There is a pretty good guide here, you can follow it and try out:

Hope it helps. :)

the thing is my dell laptop do not come with a recovery disk. it have a datasafe software that create a backup recovery disk which only gave the option to recover system. there no repair option, i can only do a full reformat but everytime i change something it will show that error.

i have a original window 7 disk can i use it on my laptop?

how about the cd key?

Google for Jelly Bean key finder to extract your current cd key, then us original win 7 disk to install.

Just ran through a check in our repair histories.
There is a chance of BIOS issues as well.
You can try upgrading the BIOS to the latest version and see if it works. :)
