i have a friend who just upgraded his com because he is facing some serious random rebooting problem with his cpu.

he replace and upgraded almost everything in his cpu except casing and case fan. According to him, the rig work fine for 1 week plus then the rebooting problem start to randomly occur again, but not as serious as last time.

can his casing or his case fan be the reason for the rebooting issue?

Check is there overtighten screws on the cpu itself.

2nd is check by unplug all 3 fans and see if it helps. If it does, swap out all the fans.

3rd if it does not help, check how old is the PSU, if it is old swap out for a new one. If it is just change then probably somewhere in the casing has been shorted. Reroute everything and see how it goes.
