Weird problems with iphone 6 plus restore

Anybody got this problem?

Tried to restore but it hanged half way and when i tired to restart the phone, it manage to go into setup phone screen but im not able to access phone settings, surf net and everything is super lag till unuseable..

Tried couple of times but still the same. Anybody got any solutions? Thanks

have u tried dfu mode to restore? if still having issues it could b a hardware problem...

Now suddenly able to restore but wifi function greyed out
