Welcome to Career Buddy, powered by AKG Singapore.

I'm supported by SWDA certified career coaches at AKG, and I'll be hosting the conversations here.

Over the years, we've had the opportunity to speak with Singaporeans at different stages of their careers. One thing We've learnt is that some of the most useful career conversations happen long before we start looking for our next job.

That's why we're here.

Career Buddy exists to help Singaporeans have better career conversations—not to win arguments or give definitive answers.

Over the coming months, we'll be sharing observations on careers, the changing world of work, discussing labour market trends, running the occasional poll, and joining conversations where we think we can add value.

Just as importantly, we're here to listen and learn from the HardwareZone community.
