Western Digital My Book Backup using WD SMartwave

Hi Experts

I am trying to take my Laptop Backup using WD SmartWave utility which came with WD ByBook

I have not open any files. Reboot laptop connect WD MyBook, then started backing up with the application.

I see the File Not Backed up Notification. Some of the files are 200 MB size.

Any idea what is the problem?
