Need help with WD RMA
i created rma ticket for my drive
i realize there's a typo on my address
How can i edit it or cancel it?

i think u can try email to them with your rma ticket and tell them to correct the data on their side.

call WD tech support and talk to the **** tech to ask him to update the ticket or cancel it
