Anyone did this recently?

Planning this trip coming June, would like to hear some recommendations on hotels, sights, transport etc...

Basically

Urumqi - Turpan - Dunhuang - Jiayuguang - Zhangye - Lanzhou - Xi'an - Jiuzhaigou - Chengdu
