Every time I open some resource heavy webpage, my screen will go blank then after a while(like the monitor turn off), then it will return to normal(browser didn't crash). Sometimes, the screen didn't go blank but the webpage itself turn completely white(with some black dots here and there), then it will crash the browser. Didn't find any issues gaming wise. Is my RAM or possibly GPU dying:(? My RAM had issues before causing the whole com unable to boot up but after reseating it, the problem is resolved.

I am using Chrome btw. Should I switch to less resource draining browser also?

Likely H.264 UVD decoding bug with AMF runtime with current drivers since it was redone on GPUOpen. Already fully acknowledged since early oct but the issue started late July.

The last stable and mature driver for GCN 2-3 should be 16.7.2 WHQL before GPU Open. It's quite widespread and easily triggered on certain use case.

So how do I revert back to the older driver?? Just uninstall current one and get the 16.7.2?? Should I be relieved that it wasn't a hardware failure lol?

Yup just uninstalled and install the old driver. Well u should be relieved since hardware lvl DMG required u to send for repairs or get a new replacement.

But try yo monitor the issues for a few more days. Else u can try to revert back yo base CPU clock and see.

Still I wonder how come u can OC on a non OC board(kinda forget if p67 can OC or not)

Really scared is RAM issue haha. Lost touch with the current gen stuff but I heard DDR4 is the new standard so no point getting the DDR3 again. Then I would need to change the whole processor+mb+ram....Still hope that my current system can last another 2-3 years haha.

Ya p67 can OC.

Use DDU in safe mode, then install old driver but you will lose your game profile customisation, need to add your custom crimson settings if u do. There is a good chance your issue is not on hardware, but the recent bad driver releases.
