Feel free to share what are your parameters for Disability Income Insurance so that the few of us here can assist.

i change my GE integrated plan to Raffles Shield Private with rider for my family and I. Main reason being my wife is a staff at Raffles, she could could get it for "free", while my kid and mine are discounted.

like the folks here suggested, next i should be looking at Disability Income Insurance yeah? can i ask if i can pay the premium with cpf?

Hi Guys,

thanks again for all the advice here. with the reference and abit of consultation from agents. i got the below:

For my family of 3:
===========
* Raffles Shield A with Raffles Hospital Option + Raffles Key Rider A with Raffles Hospital Option

For myself:
======

* PayAssure

*Great Term with TPD Benefit and Living Care Rider

For my 2 year old
=============
GREAT Junior Protector Plan C

it's slightly above my initial budget. but i guess i covered all the basics?

Always a welcome sight to see people prioritise DII as high as CI, or some even higher.

Don’t see how you can go wrong with that. Do consider adding PayAssure as a rider to your GREAT Term if you want to bring down the cost any further. Only consideration is if you ever terminate the Term, the rider will be terminated as well.
