What could be the problem?

Hi guys, tearing my head out here with this problem.
Hope someone can help out.

This is a new build new parts except for the GPU which is about a year old.
Specs

Asus P8Z77-V PRO ( Z77)
i5-3570
Seagate 2TB
PC3 10600/1333 G-Skill CL9 (4GBx2)
Seasonic M12II-520W 80+
Sapphire HD7750 1GB

Problem:
CPU will turn on and go into windows but Monitor will either: go to sleep, or have no signal at all. I can hear windows boot up etc.

I have tried 3 perfectly working monitors on the GPU all same problem.
I have tried the same 3 monitors on the onboard graphics with the GPU removed also same problem.

I took the GPU and fixed it to a different build and also encountered the monitor not turning on problem.

But how does this explain the integrated graphics suffering the same issues?

This problem occurs about 80% of the time i on the PC.

What is the issue here?

Any help appreciated.

u got spare gpu to test? i wld assume ur mb gpu is busted n so is ur gpu. u say u try both also csnnot

so coincidental both are spoilt? Board is new. card is a year old.

Go back to basic. Disconnect all hard disks, optical drive, GPU and connect your monitor to onboard and boot with 1 RAM module. Boot and press Delete key and go into BIOS. If cannot, swap RAM module. If can boot into BIOS, leave it there for a while and see if problem occur again. If stable at BIOS, then one component at a time and boot. Start with RAM module, hard disk, GPU....etc. Just a guess, maybe the GPU driver is corrupted.
