If can boot to select OS drive, likely can enter BIOS. Look like a case of HDD/SSD gone up lorry. Check if both data and power sata cables connected well?

had similar problem, initially pc resets by itself to repair the bios. subsequently screen blank, no beep upon boot. a ticking sound is heard.

initially suspect the sound is from HDD. after isolating the hdd, i conclude the sound is from the ram.

isolate the ram, able to boot up. but the bios is destroyed.

it got worse when even isolating the ram is only temporary, the pc auto power cut! not sufficient time for me to back my data out. there was much i still could do, such as isolating the graphics or reduce screen resolution and disable gsync etc.

end up i just don't want to go thru all the trouble as i believe the mobo was causing all the issues as my PSU is cosair cx600.

Your HDD is not detected, likely kaput. Half way in BIOS die, likely PSU also got issue. Suspect TS rig is old.
