What do you drink when you are thirsty?

I hardly drink plain water.

Either:
Coke
Yakult
Ribena
Flavoured milk

Hard to not look for sweet drinks

i cant drink coffee/tea/soyabean milk

Cold plain water or tea

Plain water or coconut water (fairprice pack brand got light pandan smell or fresh) or 100 plus.

If at home can boil own green bean barley water or white fungus dry Logan water. A simple dry Logan and red dates hot drinks, put in fridge if wanted cold.

Early morning boil barley water or chrysanthemum water and can be used for whole day.

Yeah. I quite unhealthy.
Always think of sweet carbonated drinks to quench thirst.

Really? Lol.
Nowadays I cant run 2.4km le. Last ran was during JC times.
Still 100 plus is tempting, but not plain water.
