What does this icon mean?

The one boxed up in red.

I notice that this icon seems to appear when the phone notifies that "Location is set" and doesn't go away after that. That location is set notification is quite random also.

I'm not using any apps that needs my location to be set when the notification is displayed (e.g. Google Maps).

Phone is Redmi 4X.
