What happened to my PC? HELP

Recently this screen appeared on my desktop and the computer dies after 2secs. This screen stays unless i manually off my computer.

This happens only while I'm playing Overwatch, and Hearthstone(once only). Other games are fine.

Is this a GPU failure?
ps: tried running with only one monitor, problem still exists.

highly a gpu issue
can try to do a stress test on your gpu, check your temp on high load and also check if the fan is turning
if stress test is ok, maybe can try to reinstall the last stable driver and try again

Remove the discrete GPU and use the iGPU to check if problem persists. If no, likely GPU gone up lorry liao.

Yeah, seems like a gone case. Is there anywhere I can repair this?

Try downclocking your gpu using amd overdrive.

Memory clock and core clock can try put 100mhz less and see if the screen artifact is gone when gaming.

A new gpu don't cost an arm or leg. Now with qoo10 sales, gtx 1060 3gb less than 300 while 6gb less than 350.
