What happened to Value Basket

Is anyone aware of what happened to the value basket site ? I sent my Canon 70D to them for repair and haven't gotten it back. Last communication from them was on 26th July. Now the website valuebasket.com.sg just says

Hello from Valuebasket - unfortunately at the present time we are not accepting orders. For more information please contact "support@valuebasket.com"​

When I try emailing the message bounces meaning they shut down their email server.

If you happened to have paid by paypal and are within half a year of the purchase date you could still be eligible for buyer protection.

Otherwise, what you've mentioned is probably the best you could do. You could file a police report in both in Hong Kong and Singapore, there's a section on the HK pol website for cyber crime.

Try your best and be hopeful, but in all likelihood, if its not within the control of your credit card provider or paypal, you would not be able to get your money back. All the best TS.
