What HDD to use for Windows 7 Raid?

[tony_ong]

Hi,

like to know what HDD to use for Windows RAID.

I am thinking of using 2x HGST Deskstar 7k1000C 1TB for the RAID. Is this ok?

Mostly storing the photos that i took using DSLR.

Raid 0 or 1?

RAID 1.

Or can I make two partition each on the two disk to run a partition RAID 0 and another RAID 1?
