Offers Election Betting, similar to Soccer Betting format with 1X2, 1/2, Over / Under and Special bet like this:


Rules for 1X2 - 1 for Incumbent of the constituency to win, X for Draw and 2 for Challenger to win.

Draw refers to votes that are close that either void votes or overseas votes makes a difference

For example, based on 2011 Potong Pasir General Election, the void votes were 242 and the winning margin was by 114 votes. So although there were only 38 overseas voters, but the local void votes were at 242, which is more than the winning margin of 114. Hence, the winning pick should be Draw.


1/2 - Will the winning margin between Incumbent VS all of the challengers candidates combined to be more than specified % of votes as handicap.

For example, based on 2011 Hougang General Election. WP got 64.8% VS PAP 35.2%

Therefore the winning margin is 64.8 - 35.2 = 29.6%

Hence, the winning pick must be minimum +29.7% for PAP in order to win, and draw for punters who picked PAP +29.6%.


Over / Under - Will specific candidate / party poll more than certain vote percentage

Special - Could be anything worth to bet, including percentage of void votes etc. at some selected matches.

coz non profitable.....

looking at singaporepools odds it it highly possible that they are just a middleman to offshore bookmakers.

example

Sgpools odds
Japan vs korea
japan 1.87 draw 2 korea 1.94

Oversea bookmakers
Japan 2.10 draw 2.30 korea 2.20

Assuming they just take the same amount punters bet on these teams and place it in offshore bookmakers they will just profit without much effort.

so why take the risk if the can sure win .......
