Those that insist that our system be it going back to SMC or GRC is fine, it is in the end, a support of dictatorship-lite.

This is why we got so little opposition in parliament when 40% of SGers voted for opposition with the 60% with the PAP.

You see, whether you prefer PAP or WP or SDP or SPP etc, what is shown here is that we want diverse representation. Government is collaborative not dictated by one party.

In local context. I am staying in hougang town. was once part of Chang San grc, then pasir ris punggol grc and now any mo kio grc without moving house once. This is unfair practice and goes against the voter's wishes.

Then show them this video. Tell them if you think that is nothing wrong, then it means they only care about their choices for government and not others. This is not good. As much as the late LKY says that our pledge is an ideal to strive for, meaning the "democratic nation" is not reached yet. We should continue to reach for that light. Fair elections makes everyone happy. That includes the opposition supporters as well as the incumbent supporters.
