Hi all, enlisting this year. Got referred to National Heart Centre and did Echo, threadmill ecg and 24h ecg monitoring. Just got back the results and doctor say heart structure no problem, threadmill stress test normal, only thing is 24h monitoring picked up this condition called frequent atrial ectopics/premature atrial contraction (extra heartbeats), burden 14%. (>100/hr)
Doctor says its on the higher side, >20% would require medication alr.

Would like to know if this kind of condition most likely will be combat fit (Pes B1) or combat support (pes B2/C)...thanks :)

Most likely will be B1 (combat fit) or B2.. Think chance of getting C not very likely..

Whats your condition?

Ok my simple story..

For my case i'm not very sure why did MCC refer me to National Heart Ctr for checkup (same threadmill test) abt 3 or 4 yrs ago. 1 mth after the checkup i rcvd the PES status as B1L1. My NS vocation was CBRE pioneer. It was not too tough physically. The xiong part is to wear the special mask & thick heavy suits doing exercise under hot sun! Good thing is we entitled to risk pays like commandos & some others haha..

As for my bro who juz did his threadmill test at NHC last yr. He has sensative nose (serious blocked nose) problem. Same thing he rcvd his PES B1L1 without any excuse eventually. Anyway he's quite lucky to be enlisted into SPF nxt mth. Feel happy for him haha..
