What is the difference between CPU Cooler and CPU Liquid Cooler?
I'm looking at Cooler master V8GTS and Thermaltake Water 3.0 Extreme.
Which one is better?

Why Noctua? They always come across to me like Asus and EVGA: price premium for the same performance.
BTW, curious if Megahalems are available in SG?

Thanks for all the guidance and info. It is very helpful. Now I understand the differences.
By the way, does gpu cooler needed when we do OC? Assume I already have the CPU liquid cooler.
Not recommendable for the start. It requires you to take out the air cooler from the gpu and replace it with a water cooled setup. It may void the warranty if it has a local distributor stickers on the screw. Some may have some may not. And usually people whom does it is using a custom water cooled.
Requires a few hundreds of dollars to do it. If it is a mid tier or low end card it isnt worth it.
Ok. Noted Bro.
By the way, which CPU cooling Fan you can recommend to me. Budget less than $50 or you have better one which is slightly higher, im ok with that.
