Individual Term Insurance and Group Life Term Insurance??

Can anyone share a summary, advantage and disadvantage between both of them? I'm confused with the kind of benefit that it provides.

Why could one choose group over individual? Any concrete example?

Group Insurance is by Employers, where all employees will be covered. So SAF is considered the "Employer"
