Why when comes to EV cars people become dumb AF?

If driving normally suddenly lose power and / or smell smoke, faster stop and GTFO. Same as ICE car.

If accident, depends on the state you are in. Lucky, open door come out. Unlucky kenna trapped and pray nothing burns. Even ICE car also sometimes kenna trapped in the car and burnt alive.

Use abit of brain it's all the same.

When an EV burns, there is a chance the electronic will be knocked out, and the door locks cannot be activated for escape. Most EV external door handle are retracted flushed with car body!

There are manually operated secondary door opening latches which do not use electrical power to function.

Unfortunately, not every occupant seated in the EV knows where they are located, or they may forget they exist while in a panic.

It is actually worthwhile to keep a small window breaking hammer and a small scissor around the driver seat.

So that in case:
- car door cannot be opened, use the hammer to quickly break the window;
- seat belt cannot be unbuckled, use scissor to cut it.
