how to know that I am banned on this forum or not.. what's the rule of this forum .. before that I read after 10 post you can share/recommend URLs but now I have 20+ post and still can't recommend url to anyone.. ?

If you are banned, you can't even post anything. The fact that you can post this thread clearly shows you are not banned.

So is there any rule that they can only stop you to post url in your thread post even not allowing to post old thread links of this forum..
