Hi.
My laptop recently went through serious motherboard repair and according to the repair guy, it may be caused by the battery. So I went to purchase new laptop battery today from SLS and according to the seller it is genuine. I check the back and it does have the TOSHIBA Brand on it.
I plugged it in inside my laptop and the light which indicates charging process is turned on. However when I checked after some interval of time, the battery indicated that the amount stucks at 69%. I am not sure what is wrong since the meter does indicate charging process and so does the light. I try to unplug and plug it back and it is still the same.
Any advice?
