Don't be surprised.

People who are pes C9 can run even faster than most pes A and pes B.

Hence, I never believed in the pes system of SAF, to me its just an avenue for people to chao keng.

Ya pes e can go run marathons one. Pes c clerk book out walk faster than anybody. Before you knew it he is nowhere to be seen already.

What is SAF record for 2.4km?

A singapore national runner doing NS should be able to comfortably complete between 6min 30s to 7 min.

A world class runner can easily run under 6 minutes.
