With the new scoring system, gold is very common or as @reddevil0728 mention score 100 then good good to jurong.
@soarer try aim for 100.

So far, I only saw 1 guy score 100, refer to post 100. That shows he is very confident in his last station - running. In fact, he did more then necessary in all 3 stations, salute.

I could run 2.4km in 6 minutes 30 secs, do 27 Chin-ups; do 75 sit-ups; do Broad jump of 260cms and do a Shuttle Run 8.5 seconds.

I got the Gold Award in IPPT 12 times.

I used to swim , cycle and run 4 times a Week.

I am a Triathlete.

Thank you.

My 2.4k was in 9 mins 30 seconds, Chin ups...12 (in full battle order) 24 (in PT kit), sits-ups 65 and I can easily complete 100 pushups non stop. However, this was about 40 years ago. Now I am happy if I complete 2.4K in 20mins. I can also only do 3 chin-ups and only 50 push-ups non stop. I also regret being too gung-ho in my younger days. Too many parachute jumps, fast roping ( and falls), and jumps from height (especially 3 tonners). Suffering from osteo arthritis of the ankles, lower spine and fingers now. Can't even swing my golf clubs properly without pain.

NS time, 9:15
Now after 28 years, 14:00 , run everyday
I honestly don't understand how you can push yourself to go through that every day, especially at your age now. Because that is very impressive, regardless of timing.

Sorry, not run everyday for 28 years. Just started 4 years ago.
Started in end of 2018, run 4km in ippt pace. The purpose is to keep fit and healthy. Starting journey is not easy. After a few weeks, body gets used to it. I have
lost 20kg over a year. Beginning of this year, my distance increases to 6km.

In the past I could finish one whole murtabak now I can only eat 2 prata. What's the point?
The point is that what matters is the present as the past is gone.
