depends on ur case. but the temp looks normal to me.

Believe there are reports of amd cards running consistently over 95c for extended times continuously over 24 hours without issues.

Just because a card SEEMS okay at 90C+, does not mean it's good for the card in the mid/long run.

It's called "taking a gamble". Hopefully if anything go wrong, will be within warranty period.
