Don't over wash your face. The more you wash the more oil your face will produce and will cause oil to over produce end up more pimples.

I got one at NIKS Maple, cant remember the name of the cream but it come with a very small bottle. It is real effective. Once apply, the next day the pimple will dry up and it will disappear in about 2-3 days.
