As above...

Will Intel still be using DDR3? if so which would be the native ram speed?

I believe for the 3rd gen, it is using DDR3 @ 1600 (Native speed).

Would like to know for the next Gen series.

Will still be using DDR3, but not sure what speed.

Some server versions of next gen Intel CPU will be using DDR4.

Haswell processor main features is more for ultrabook as they aim for lower power consumptions and 2x graphics performance.

Still DDR3 except DDR3 1600.

Cause it has been tested that speeds above 1600 hardly yields improvement.

oh native speed will still be ddr3 1600?

IMHO, it should still be DDR3 1600. Of course there is also Intel XMP.

However, as what escksu has pointed out SB and IB does not really benefit much from faster memory. I doubt Haswell will change this trend.

DDR3-1600 will still be mainstream. even with DDR3-1333 in real life, will not have any difference.
