3) JMeter
4) Cucumber.io
5) Jenkins or other CI tools ?

How do you write your unit tests ? Have you wonder if the way you are doing now is probably inefficient or you do feel laborious about it and probably there is a better way out there doing it ?

I am not familiar with these tools.

For unit test (in Eclipse), I try to test each methods with corner cases and see how error is being handled. Then suggest to my colleague about which cases are not covered, etc.

Think of what and how you can make your work more productive and effective, not just doing it. Instead of suggesting, find time and do your own POC and recommend it.

One reason why you may worth more is not just how much you can do, it's also your multiplier effect.

Depends on what you are trying to prove. For a good presentation, always have well written slides to show what you are trying to present. The issue at hand, the current way of doing, what are the alternatives, your findings and then your recommendation.

If your presentation include demonstration, then prepare some good use cases to illustrate your case and present it. Prepare as much as possible so that demonstration can be sweet and simple.

In the process you will learn some soft skills which are useful not just as a software developer, but also in management.
